My top three photography apps for the iPad 2: Comic book, TiltShiftGenerator for iPad, and ReelDirector. Comic book is .99 and it adds a great comic book effect with captions and effects. TiltShiftGenerator For iPad is .99 and it is a great photo editing system for vignette and blur. ReelDirector is a iMovie alternative.
